Redil Securities Loan is the loan extended for the debts of the customer arising from the purchase of share certificates.
In loan disbursements; The assessed asset must be given as collateral up to the loan amount requested. The equity ratio is calculated according to the formula specified in the CMB's Communiqué Serial V No:65. The equity ratio should not fall below 50% on the first date of the loan and 35% in the following period. In case of going below this ratio, the customer is called and requested to deposit additional collateral with 50% equity ratio or to reduce the loan position.
Share certificates that are not approved by the CMB and BIST to be subject to credit cannot be subject to credit.
